Provide assistance to staff in the Student Success Center. Duties will include, answering the phone, covering front reception desk, covering the lobby, filing, mail, proficient computer skills (MSWord/Excel/PowerPoint), clerical skills, assisting students with the admissions process, registration assistance, Self-Service, Canvas, Titan email, GTCC website and other duties as assigned.

Experience Required
- Good customer service and organization skills, detail oriented, motivated self-starter, dependable, and basic computer knowledge including Microsoft Office.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding student information under FERPA regulations.
- Strong computer skills, Microsoft Word, Power Point and Excel.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to communicate well both verbally and in writing
- Previous office experience preferred.
- Quick learner, computer skills (Microsoft Office)
- Excellent customer service skills and willingness to assist with other duties that arise.
- Ability to communicate effectively with faculty, staff and co-workers
