To perform this job successfully, the incumbent must assist the director with the daily operations of the Veteran Resource Center and provide excellent customer service to students and staff.
Duties/Functions
Assists students in the VA computer Lab
Processes incoming VA documents and scans as needed
Assists with creating and maintaining files and other documents
Other tasks/projects as assigned through supervisor
Difficult Challenges
Understanding VA Benefits, processes and websites
Contacts Education Required Education Preferred Experience Required Experience Preferred
Prior office, administrative or customer service experience
KSA Required
Computer skills and office software
KSA Preferred
Knowledge of VA Education benefits
