We have multiple positions available and are seeking board-registered associates (AMFT, APCC, ACSW) to join us. Bilingual individuals, particularly those fluent in Spanish or Haitian Creole, are strongly encouraged to apply. This hybrid position includes in-person services at our Sacramento, California (95814) location, with flexible scheduling. All clinicians begin part-time, with full-time opportunities available after the initial 90 days. Individual in this position will serve a diverse clientele including those who identify as minorities / BIPOC, or immigrations, or specifically as African American / Black, Latino, Asian, Mixed-race / multi-ethnic, intercultural / interracial / multiracial couples or families, or Christians and other faiths and interreligious / multireligious couples and families. Position Overview :
The clinical therapist will provide counseling and mental health services within the marital and family context. Responsibilities include :
- Conducting individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions.
- Performing evaluations, diagnoses, and treatments for mental health issues, psychological challenges, and relational concerns.
- Maintaining thorough records of service delivery in compliance with third-party payer requirements.
- Applicants must be willing to work with Medicaid (Medi-Cal) clientele.
