Salary and Benefits
We offer competitive pay rates starting at $17.27 per hour for non-teaching staff and $10-20 per hour for teaching staff, depending on experience and qualifications. Job Description
As a Music Teacher at Music & Arts, you will:
- Create engaging lesson plans tailored to meet the unique needs and goals of each student.
- Build strong relationships with students and parents through regular communication and progress updates.
- Prioritize effective time management and scheduling to ensure seamless operations within the store.
- Share your musical expertise and passion with students, inspiring them to learn and grow.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be considered for this position, you'll need to possess:
- A Bachelor's degree in Music Education, Music Performance, or equivalent experience.
- At least two years of teaching experience, preferably in a private or group setting.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced degrees (Master's or Doctoral) in Music.
- Professional teaching memberships or certifications.
- Eight or more years of teaching experience, especially with multiple instruments.
