This role requires technical expertise in guitar repair, as well as excellent communication skills to ensure a positive customer experience. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized solutions.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of repairing guitars, including routine maintenance, setup, and repairs. They will also possess excellent selling skills, training abilities, and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
In addition to your technical skills, you will be expected to maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhere to company policies and procedures, and participate in ongoing training and development programs.
