Retail Musician Opportunity
The Guitar Center is seeking a Customer Experience Musician to join their team. As a member of the retail staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a high level of craftsmanship in instrument repair services.
This role requires a strong understanding of guitar maintenance and repair techniques, as well as excellent communication skills to engage with customers and provide them with an outstanding experience.
Main Objectives:
- Interact with customers, ensuring a positive customer experience
- Service customer-owned instruments with a high level of craftsmanship
- Maintain store-owned gear and ensure that it is in good working condition
- Complete warranty repair work and other tasks as assigned by management
