As a Retail Guitar Repair Tech at Guitar Center, you will provide maintenance and repair services for customer-owned guitars while ensuring an excellent customer experience. Your role includes servicing instruments with a high level of craftsmanship, assisting with store inventory, and training others in repair techniques.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
• Skilled understanding of repairing Guitars
• Foundational product knowledge on Guitar Center products
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to develop knowledge and skills including product, store operations, sales and leadership
• Training: Able to effectively train learners and communicate info and techniques so that they are retained
