Guitar Repair Technician Position Overview

We're seeking a skilled Guitar Repair Technician to provide exceptional maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments at Guitar Center. This role involves performing warranty repairs, maintaining store inventory, and fostering a positive environment for both musicians and non-musicians.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interact with customers to ensure a positive experience
• Service customer-owned instruments with high-level craftsmanship
• Maintain store-owned gear as requested
• Complete warranty repair work
• Additional duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Skilled understanding of guitar repairs

Preferred Qualifications:

• Foundational product knowledge on Guitar Center products
