Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Guitar Repair Technician to join our team. As a Retail Guitar Repair Technician at Guitar Center, you will be responsible for providing maintenance and repair services for customer-owned instruments. Your goal will be to continually build and increase business through great customer service and quality work.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge on Guitar Center products
- Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments
- Assist in maintaining store inventory and provide recommendations for sales and leadership
- Develop knowledge and skills, including product, store operations, sales, and leadership
- Train learners effectively and communicate information and techniques so that they are retained
Requirements
- Skilled understanding of repairing guitars
- Friendly and approachable demeanor
- Able to develop strong relationships with customers and colleagues
