The selected candidate will be responsible for servicing customer-owned instruments with high-level craftsmanship, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality.
They will also maintain store-owned gear as requested, complete warranty repair work, and perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Guitar Repair Knowledge
A strong understanding of guitar repair is essential for this role. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of guitar repair techniques and be able to apply them to various situations.
Favorable Qualifications:
- Product Knowledge
Foundational product knowledge on Guitar Center products is highly desirable. The selected candidate will be expected to stay up-to-date with new products and technologies.
