POSITION OVERVIEW:

As a Repair Tech (Guitar), you will provide maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments, assisting in store inventory maintenance while delivering exceptional customer experiences and quality work.
A few key characteristics of successful Repair Technicians include:
- Customer Focus: Understands customer service principles and provides an excellent experience, connecting with customers in a meaningful way.
- Initiative: Identifies opportunities and issues, following through on work activities to capitalize or resolve them.
- Selling: Works through GC's certification program to gain product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Training: Effectively trains learners and communicates information and techniques.
Responsibilities as a Repair Technician include:
- Interacting with customers to ensure positive experiences
- Providing high-quality craftsmanship for customer-owned instruments
- Maintaining store-owned gear upon request
- Completing warranty repair work
- Additional duties as assigned
