As our Repair Tech (Guitar), you will provide maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments and assist in maintaining specific store inventory, continually building and increasing the business through great customer experience and quality work.
Key Characteristics:

- Initiative: Identifies opportunities and issues and follows through on work activities to capitalize or resolve them.
- Selling: Works through GC certification program to gain a base understanding of products and sales techniques.
- Training: Effectively trains learners and communicates information and techniques so they are retained.
Responsibilities:
- Interacts with customers to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Servicing customer-owned instruments with a high level of craftsmanship.
- Maintains store-owned gear as requested.
- Completes warranty repair work.
- Additional duties as assigned.
