Guitar Technician Position

Main Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments with high craftsmanship
- Maintain store inventory and assist in warranty repair work
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive customer experience
Key Characteristics:
- Customer Focus: Understands customer service principles and provides an excellent customer experience
- Initiative: Identifies opportunities and issues, follows through on work activities, and takes positive action without being requested
