We are seeking a skilled Repair Tech (Guitar) who will provide high-quality maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments, as well as assist in maintaining store inventory. This role requires excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and a passion for music.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Interact with customers to ensure a positive experience
* Service customer-owned instruments with precision and craftsmanship
* Maintain store-owned gear as requested
* Complete warranty repair work
*Additional duties as assigned*
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of guitar repair and maintenance, as well as foundational product knowledge of Guitar Center products.
