About the Role
As our Repair Technician (Guitar), you will perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments and assist in maintaining specific store inventory, driving business growth through exceptional customer experiences and quality work.

- TRAINING: Effectively trains learners and communicates information and techniques for retention.
Responsibilities
- Interact with customers to ensure a positive experience.
- Service customer-owned instruments with high craftsmanship.
- Maintain store-owned gear as requested.
- Complete warranty repair work.
- Additional duties as assigned.
