Job Responsibilities
- Provide expert instrument repair and maintenance services to customers, including guitar setup, adjustment, and troubleshooting.
- Maintain store-owned gear, as requested, to ensure it is always in top condition.
- Complete warranty repair work, adhering to manufacturer guidelines and standards.
- Develop product knowledge and selling techniques to enhance sales and revenue growth.
Requirements
- A skilled understanding of repairing musical instruments, including setup, adjustment, and troubleshooting.
