Job Description
Our mission is to develop and nurture lifelong musicians. As a Repair Tech (Guitar) at Guitar Center, you will be responsible for providing maintenance and repair services for customer-owned instruments and assisting in maintaining store inventory. You will interact with customers to ensure a positive experience, service customer-owned instruments with high craftsmanship, maintain store-owned gear as requested, complete warranty repair work, and perform additional duties as assigned.
Key Responsibilities include interacting with customers, servicing customer-owned instruments, maintaining store-owned gear, completing warranty repair work, and performing additional duties. Requirements include skilled understanding of repairing guitars. Preferred Qualifications include foundational product knowledge on Guitar Center products.
