Job Description
As a Guitar Technician, you will perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments, assist in the maintenance of store inventory, and continually build and increase business through great customer experience and quality work. You will interact with customers, ensuring a positive experience, service customer-owned instruments with high craftsmanship, maintain store owned gear as requested, complete warranty repair work, and complete additional duties as assigned.
You will also have opportunities to develop product knowledge, sales techniques, and leadership skills through our certification programs and training initiatives.
