We believe in inclusive environments that put customers first, while fulfilling our mission. As our Repair Tech (Guitar), you will provide maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments and assist in maintaining specific store inventory.
A successful Repair Technician possesses the following characteristics:
- Customer Focus: Understands customer service principles and provides an excellent customer experience.
- Initiative: Identifies opportunities & issues and follows through on work activities to capitalize or resolve them.
- Selling: Works through GC certification program to gain a base understanding of products and sales techniques.
- Training: Effectively trains learners and communicates information and techniques so they are retained.
As our Repair Technician, you will:
- Interact with customers, ensuring a positive customer experience
- Service customer-owned instruments with a high level of craftsmanship
- Maintain store-owned gear, as requested
- Complete warranty repair work
- Additional duties as assigned

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
