Job Description
As a Luthier at Guitar Center, you will be responsible for providing exceptional maintenance and repair services for customer-owned instruments. You will interact with customers, ensuring a positive experience and address any concerns they may have.
You will also be responsible for servicing customer-owned instruments with a high level of craftsmanship and maintaining store-owned gear, as requested. Additionally, you will complete warranty repair work and perform additional duties as assigned.
