We are seeking a skilled guitar repair technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of repairing guitars and excellent customer service skills. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality maintenance and repair services for customer-owned instruments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and interact with customers to ensure a positive experience
- Service customer-owned instruments with a high level of craftsmanship
- Maintain store-owned gear, as requested
- Complete warranty repair work
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you should have a strong understanding of repairing guitars and possess excellent customer service skills. You will also need to be able to learn quickly and take positive action without being requested to do so.
