As a Musical Instrument Maintenance Specialist, you will provide top-notch maintenance and repair services for customer-owned instruments, assist with store inventory management, and continuously contribute to business growth through exceptional customer experiences and quality work.

- Customer Focus: Deliver outstanding customer service, build meaningful connections with customers, and demonstrate approachability, genuineness, knowledge, encouragement, passion, and commitment to helping customers.
- Initiative: Identify opportunities & issues, follow through on work activities to capitalize or resolve them, and develop knowledge and skills including product, store operations, sales, and leadership.
- Selling: Work through GC certification program to gain a base understanding of products and sales techniques.
- Training: Effectively train learners and communicate information and techniques so they are retained.
Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Service customer-owned instruments with high craftsmanship.
- Maintain store-owned gear as requested.
- Complete warranty repair work.
- Additional duties as assigned.
