As a Guitar Technician, you will provide maintenance and repair services for customer-owned instruments, maintain store inventory, and contribute to business growth through exceptional customer experiences and quality work.
Key Characteristics:
- Customer Focus: Provide excellent customer service, connect with customers meaningfully, and resolve issues promptly
- Initiative: Identify opportunities and issues, take proactive steps to capitalize or resolve them, and continuously develop knowledge and skills
- Selling: Gain a solid understanding of products and sales techniques through GC certification
- Training: Effectively train learners and communicate information and techniques
Your Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers to ensure a positive experience
- Service customer-owned instruments with high craftsmanship
- Maintain store-owned gear as requested
- Complete warranty repair work
- Additional duties as assigned
