Key Responsibilities
Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments
Ensure exceptional quality and customer satisfaction
Maintain store-owned gear, as requested
Complete warranty repair work
Additonal duties as assigned
Requirements
Skilled understanding of repairing guitars
Foundational product knowledge on Guitar Center products (preferred)
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to work independently
Possession of a valid driver's license (if applicable)
