Job Summary
Guitar Center is seeking an experienced Master Luthier and Customer Service Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will have a passion for guitar repair and maintenance, as well as a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
In this role, you will work closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and provide personalized recommendations for instrument repair and maintenance. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of repairs and sales transactions, and participating in ongoing training and development programs to stay current on industry trends and best practices.
Responsibilities:
- Repair and maintain guitars and other musical instruments to meet customer specifications
- Provide expert advice on instrument selection and customization
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive sales and repeat business
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive store environment by modeling behaviors consistent with our company values
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in guitar repair or a related field
- Advanced knowledge of guitar anatomy and repair techniques
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
