In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing customer-owned instruments while delivering exceptional customer service. You will also assist in maintaining specific store inventory and continually build and increase business through great customer experience and quality work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers, ensuring a positive customer experience
- Service customer-owned instruments with a high level of craftsmanship
- Maintain store owned gear, as requested
- Complete warranty repair work
- Additional duties as assigned
