As a member of our store team, you will be responsible for providing maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments, ensuring a positive customer experience, and maintaining store inventory. Your expertise in guitar repair and craftsmanship will be essential in delivering high-quality work and building strong relationships with our customers.
Responsibilities
- Provide maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments
- Ensure a positive customer experience through strong communication and customer service skills
- Maintain store inventory, including store-owned gear
- Complete warranty repair work
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements
- Skilled understanding of repairing guitars
- Foundational product knowledge on Guitar Center products
- Strong communication and customer service skills
