Musical Instrument Repair Technician

We are seeking a skilled Musical Instrument Repair Technician to join our team at Guitar Center. As a Music Instrument Repair Technician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and maintaining and repairing musical instruments.

About the Role: The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of guitar repair and be able to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues. In this role, you will be responsible for interacting with customers, ensuring a positive experience; servicing customer-owned instruments with a high level of craftsmanship; maintaining store-owned gear, as requested; completing warranty repair work; and performing additional duties as assigned.
