Job Overview:
We are looking for a friendly, upbeat, and attentive Server to join our team! The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, great communication skills, and a positive attitude. A love for wine is a plus!
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming and engaging atmosphere.
- Guide guests through our wine and cocktail selections, offering recommendations when needed.
- Accurately take orders and serve food and beverages in a timely manner.
- Ensure tables are clean, organized, and properly set for each guest.
- Collaborate with bartenders and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests with professionalism.
- Process payments and operate the POS system efficiently.
- Uphold Gulf Babe Wine Boutique’s brand standards and company policies.
- Assist with light cleaning, side work, and restocking as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Previous serving or hospitality experience preferred but not required.
- Passion for wine and eagerness to learn about different varietals.
- Strong customer service and multitasking skills.
- Positive, team-oriented attitude with a warm and engaging personality.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be at least 19 years old (or meet state alcohol service requirements).
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
