Summary
The Amerificators Division Intern for Marketing is responsible for assisting the marketing team in developing content and understanding data.
Responsibilities
Strategize and create social media content, including videos.
- Contribute to development of 35th Anniversary campaign.
- Compile and digitize data management of leads and clients.
- Support the day-to-day processes and tasks relating to Marketing team.
- Collaborate with other areas within the company for customer and operational support.
- Participate in or lead assigned projects.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Skills/Experience/Education
- Minimum preferred cumulative GPA of 3.0
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree, recent graduates may be considered.
- Academic majors in Marketing, Business Administration, Graphic Design, or similar fields of study, preferred.
- Be a highly motivated self-starter who takes initiative.
- Demonstrates strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Possesses critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Authorized to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis. Please note, Gulf Coast Bank & Trust will not provide any assistance or sign any documentation to support immigration sponsorship or benefit including but not limited to optional practical training (OPT) or curricular practical training (CPT).
Essential Mental & Physical Requirements
- Ability to travel if required to perform the essential job functions.
- Ability to work under stress and meet deadlines.
- Ability to read and interpret a document if required to perform the essential job functions.
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer may be required.
- Ability to lift/move/carry approximately 15 pounds if required to perform the essential job functions. If the employee is unable to lift/move/carry this weight and can be accommodated without causing the department/division any “undue hardship” then the employee must be accommodated; hence omitting lifting/moving/carrying as a physical requirement.
