Responsibilities
- Conduct post-departure inspections of rental properties to ensure housekeeping standards are met.
- Document and report cleaning or maintenance issues.
- Perform light cleaning tasks, including sweeping, vacuuming, and surface wiping.
- Complete general touch-ups and minor cleaning for prompt room readiness.
- Capture photos and complete inspection checklists using the Beach Getaways app.
- Provide own transportation to properties in Orange Beach.
- Deliver and replace inventory items in condos as needed.
- Adapt to the needs of guests and owners with flexibility.
- Exhibit strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
- Maintain high service standards for owners and guests.
- Perform additional related duties as assigned.
- Demonstrate professional customer service skills.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth business environment.
- Work flexible schedules, including weekends.
