What are the responsibilities and job description for the Billing Specialist position at Gulf Coast Chemical, LLC?

- Overseeing the billing and collections process for vendors and customers
- Processing payments, processing invoices, processing bills
- Maintaining organized financial records.
- Calculating bill totals based on previous financial statements.
- Sending invoices and account updates to clients.
- Handling accounts receivable.
- Resolving billing errors.
- Ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedure
- work with Vice President of Purchasing for accurate and timely reporting
- work with Operations Manager for accurate and timely reporting
- work with Sales Manager for accurate and timely customer payment
- Hours are 7:30 am -4:30 pm: Monday through Friday with the opportunity for additional hours on Saturdays (not mandatory)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $24.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Required)
Experience:
- Billing: 1 year (Required)
