We are seeking a dedicated and organized Office Assistant to support our team in daily administrative tasks. Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings as needed.
- Provide personal assistant support to executives or team members, ensuring all tasks are prioritized effectively.
- Handle incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Assist in office management tasks, including inventory tracking and supply ordering.
- Utilize Google Suite for document creation, data entry, and communication purposes.
- Maintain organized filing systems for both physical and digital documents.
- Perform proofreading of documents to ensure accuracy and clarity before distribution.
- Support financial operations by assisting with QuickBooks entries and basic bookkeeping tasks as required.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an office assistant or similar role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Calendar).
- Familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on phone etiquette.
- Attention to detail for proofreading and document management tasks.
