Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Office Assistant to support our team in daily administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong time management and organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail. This role is essential for maintaining smooth office operations and ensuring that all administrative functions are executed efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings as needed.
  • Provide personal assistant support to executives or team members, ensuring all tasks are prioritized effectively.
  • Handle incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
  • Assist in office management tasks, including inventory tracking and supply ordering.
  • Utilize Google Suite for document creation, data entry, and communication purposes.
  • Maintain organized filing systems for both physical and digital documents.
  • Perform proofreading of documents to ensure accuracy and clarity before distribution.
  • Support financial operations by assisting with QuickBooks entries and basic bookkeeping tasks as required.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in an office assistant or similar role is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Calendar).
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Excellent time management skills to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on phone etiquette.
  • Attention to detail for proofreading and document management tasks.
