- Inspect and evaluate the cleanliness and condition of assigned areas, ensuring compliance with established standards and protocols
- Perform routine inspections to identify areas in need of cleaning or maintenance
- Document and report any deficiencies or issues to the appropriate personnel
- Ensure proper storage and handling of cleaning supplies and equipment
```Qualifications```
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality or housekeeping management industry
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and equipment used in industrial cleaning, floor care, and custodial services
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify cleanliness deficiencies
- Excellent communication skills to effectively report issues and communicate with team members
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work various shifts as needed
