Gulf Coast Health Center in Port Arthur is seeking a knowledgeable, compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurse to provide direct nursing care.
We are a non-profit healthcare facility that has been proudly serving Southeast Texas for over 23 years by providing quality, affordable, and accessible primary medical, dental, and behavioral health care to the community, and we want to expand our dynamic team with you. This full-time position offers the potential for growth, a friendly staff, and an opportunity to enhance the health of our dedicated patients. This is a full-time position, Mon - Fri, 8am - 5pm.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Coordinating, assessing, and implementing patients’ care
- Providing accurate and timely documentation of patient services to reflect plans of care
- Work with patients’ families to teach them how to provide follow-up or preventative care

- Current LVN in Texas
