Responsibilities:
Take charge of the front office side of the practice, overseeing the Front Desk, scheduling, insurance billing and scheduling.
Ensure efficient office operations by following standard operating procedures (SOPs), policies, and check sheets.
Utilize your expertise in sales, patient financing, and negotiations to connect with patients, identify pain points, and motivate them towards better health.
Manage the financial aspects of the front office, including collections, cash and insurance handling, outside financing, and inventory management.
Be the liaison to our external accounting team, ensuring accurate financial records and reporting.
Embrace technology and excel at EHR systems, data entry, and insurance verifications.
Promote office efficiency and flow by monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and implementing necessary improvements.
Cultivate a team environment based on open, honest communication, trust and respect, continued education, innovation, and personal responsibility.
Qualifications:
A proven track record being accountable and achieving results.
Sales experience and the ability to uncover pain points and build value for patients.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to listen actively and ask insightful questions.
Experience in patient financing, marketing and insurance billing.
Familiarity with managing accounts receivable and payable, as well as external accounting relationships.
Exceptional organizational skills and a love for SOPs, policies, check sheets, and KPIs.
