Job Description:

SUMMARY:

Responsible for maintaining the image, quality and cleanliness of clinic exam rooms, lobbies and offices by keeping clean and fresh throughout the week. Professional housekeeper will be thorough, detail-oriented and able to work quickly and efficiently. Must be reliable and flexible with hours and have a keen eye for detail. Work schedule begins after 5pm. Position requires flexibility and willingness to assist other team members with their buildings when they have scheduled time off.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and sanitizing.
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchen areas, and common spaces.
• Wash and fold towels and linens (if applicable to that location).
• Empty trash containers and dispose of waste according to company policies.
• Restock and replenish supplies, such as toiletries and cleaning products.
• Organize and maintain storage areas, ensuring supplies are readily available.
• Report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor promptly.
• Follow established safety protocols and maintain a clean and hazard-free work environment.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including confidentiality and privacy standards.
• All other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Two years’ experience in professional housekeeping a must.
• Housekeeping experience within the medical field preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and equipment.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality standards.
• Good physical stamina, with the ability to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Reliable transportation and punctuality.
• Must be reliable and trustworthy – responsible with keys, etc.
• Must have the ability to multitask.
• Time management skills.
• Ability to work split shift if necessary.
• Flexibility with schedule.
• Knowledgeable about workplace safety procedures, including handling hazardous materials and emergency protocols.
• References.
• Willing to work at other locations preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $16.80 per hour
