You are “Sherlock Holmes” of the Property Management World.
- Investigations- Assess and verify the condition of the assigned units.
- Gather Evidence -Examine all items in each unit for evidence of repairs needed.
- Apprehend Repair Assistance- Finding the right avenue for larger maintenance issues.
- Prepare Reports- Report your findings in company software apps and the correct department to ensure a streamline inspection-to-completion workflow.
Overview
We are currently recruiting for the position of 2 Field Inspectors-Part Time to include Weekends for various rental properties.
1 Candidate will be for the Sanibel Island Area and 1 Candidate will be for the Sarasota Area. You must live within a 30-minute drive of your chosen area.
Having the ability to assess and verify the condition of an assigned property is what makes you a Property Management Detective.
You will utilize your keen sense of observation, deduction, and logical reasoning to evaluate properties for compliance with company standards. You will check commonly used items like tv controllers, drawers, door handles, and faucets to ensure they are functioning properly. You will also check to ensure the property has all items promised to guests by our company. You may be required to perform small maintenance repairs if you detect one during an inspection. You will communicate large maintenance repairs, and other important findings, to the respective departments upon completion of your inspection.

Compensation
Pay Range : $18.00 to $21.00 per hour.
