Are you looking for a weekend side job or extra income? Do you take pride in a spotless space and have a keen eye for detail? If so, we’d love to have you on our growing team of vacation rental and cleaning professionals!
We service luxury vacation rentals in the stunning Lido and Siesta Keys, ensuring guests walk into a pristine, welcoming space every time. We provide all cleaning supplies and equipment, plus a detailed checklist to make your job smooth and efficient.
What You'll Do:
- Clean and reset vacation rental properties for arriving guests
- Scrub and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and high-touch areas
- Dust, mop, vacuum, and wipe down all surfaces (including furniture, baseboards, and ceiling fans)
- Maintain property supply closets in an orderly manner
- Conduct basic inspections and report damages or issues to the Supervisor
- Work in a fast-paced team environment with 3-5 other housekeepers
What We’re Looking For:
✔ Experienced cleaners – at least 6 months of hospitality, residential, vacation rental, or deep cleaning experience
✔ Reliable & punctual – guests depend on us to create a welcoming space
✔ High attention to detail – streak-free glass? No problem!
✔ Physically fit – must be able to stand, bend, reach, lift, and walk up/down stairs throughout your shift
✔ Independent & team player – ability to self-manage time and work well with a team
✔ Fluent in English (written and verbal)
Requirements:
- Own reliable transportation & valid driver’s license
- Cell phone for communication
- Social Security Number (for background check)
- Must pass a background check
