Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Mixologist and Hospitality Expert to join our team at Gulf Coast Restaurant Group Inc.

Main Responsibilities:
- Crafting Cocktails: Prepare and serve expertly crafted cocktails, using standard recipes and high-quality ingredients.
- Customer Service: Provide top-notch service to customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively with colleagues to maintain a seamless dining experience, including managing bar orders and communicating with servers.
- Bar Maintenance: Ensure the bar area is well-stocked, clean, and organized, adhering to GCRG's standards.
- Safety and Compliance: Handle money responsibly and adhere to state regulations regarding alcohol service.
Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Prior experience working in a restaurant environment preferred.
- Beverage Knowledge: Basic knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits, as well as familiarity with standard drink recipes.
- Age Requirement: Must be 21 or older to serve and pour alcohol.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior Bartending Experience: Previous experience as a bartender is highly desirable.
