We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper to manage our financial records and ensure the accuracy of our accounting processes. Responsibilities
- Maintain and manage all aspects of the general ledger, including journal entries, account analysis, and reconciliations.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and standards.
- Conduct bank reconciliations to ensure accurate cash flow management.
- Assist in budgeting processes by providing necessary financial data and insights.
- Prepare detailed financial reports for management review, highlighting key performance indicators.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions to ensure timely processing of invoices and payments.
- Manage payroll processing and related tax filings accurately and on time.
- Collaborate with external auditors during financial audits to provide necessary documentation and explanations.
- Stay updated on governmental accounting regulations to ensure compliance with all applicable laws.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or in a similar role within accounting or finance.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and financial reporting standards.
