Administrative Assistant
Status: Non-Exempt, full time
Location: Baton Rouge
Administrative Assistant opening for the Baton Rouge Regional office providing support to the Office Manager. Responsible for tracking required program documentation, maintaining consumer files, consumer expense accounts, accounts payable, backup for payroll process, and many other administrative projects at the direction of the Office Manager.
The Administrative Assistant position requires a strong knowledge of MS Office Programs. Good judgment, initiative, dependability, and the ability to handle multi-tasks simultaneously with an attention to detail is a must.
High School Diploma or equivalent, with accounting course work and/or equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Salary starts at $14.00/hr and up - commiserate with experience.
