Responsibilities
- Review and enter quality control data into company systems accurately and efficiently.
- Assist in the development and implementation of quality assurance processes and procedures.
- Generate detailed quality control reports for management and other departments.
- Collaborate with other teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
- Conduct periodic inspections and audits to ensure product quality standards are met.
- Participate in training sessions to continually enhance knowledge of quality control protocols.
- Maintain accurate records of quality inspections, test results, and corrective actions taken.
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in quality control, data entry, or a similar role.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills to identify discrepancies in data.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with team members and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with quality control standards and methodologies is a plus.
