We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Clerk to join our Offshore Division. The role involves report writing, reviewing, and handling administrative tasks, record-keeping, and data entry.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for the following: Other duties may be assigned.
Operate office machines, such as photocopiers and scanners, facsimile machines, voice mail systems, and personal computers.
Answer telephones, direct calls, and take messages.
Maintain and update filing, inventory, mailing, and database systems, either manually or using a computer.
Communicate with customers, employees, and other individuals to answer questions, disseminate or explain information, take orders, and address complaints.
Open, sort, and route incoming mail, answer correspondence, and prepare outgoing mail.
Compile, copy, sort, and file records of office activities, business transactions, and other activities.
Compute, record, and proofread data and other information, such as records or reports.
Type, format, proofread, and edit correspondence and other documents, from notes or dictating machines, using computers or typewriters.
Complete work schedules, manage calendars, and arrange appointments.
Review files, records, and other documents to obtain information to respond to requests.
Pick up and drop off US Mail, FedEx, etc. as needed.
Required Education & Experience:
Associates Degree in Business Administration and/or equivalent work experience.
Experience assisting management with the creation of PowerPoint presentations;
Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook;
Experience scheduling travel arrangements for management.
Working Conditions:
Must possess mobility to work in a standard office setting and to use standard office equipment, including a computer, and to attend meetings at various sites.
Strength to lift and carry materials weighing up to 20 pounds.
Vision to read printed materials and a computer screen.
Hearing and speech to communicate in person and over the telephone.
Regular exposure to all weather conditions, especially hot, humid and/or rainy weather, combined with regular work time indoors in environmentally controlled conditions.

Bilingual Language (Spanish)
