Energy Captain
Reports To : Red Bull Sales Manager
FLSA : Exempt
Description
The Energy Captain is responsible for leading, directing and controlling the sales, distribution, and delivery activities of all Red Bull products within all assigned territories. The Energy Expert will also be responsible for the direction and development of his or her Red Bull sales team.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Work with Energy Experts in accounts to develop relationships and strengthen market presence.
Gain fair share of 45% of total energy space in the Independent C-Store channel.
Red Bull market recaps are due every Monday.
Market wins and challenges.
Sale in independent display drives to Red Bull VIP customers.
Train salesman on Red Bull market standards.
Respond to customer concerns in a timely manner to help reinforce the importance of their business.
Involve key customers in company sponsored events.
Golf outings and business dinners.
Required lifting of 20 to 50 pounds is a must.
