Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in Vacation Rentals, ensuring that all spaces are hygienic and welcoming. This role is essential in providing a safe and pleasant atmosphere for both employees and visitors.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
- Clean and sanitize vacation rental units.
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly.
- Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and report any shortages.
- Follow established cleaning procedures to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Address any maintenance issues or repairs needed within the facility.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure all areas are cleaned efficiently and effectively.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in custodial or commercial cleaning is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Good time management skills to complete tasks within designated timeframes.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties which may involve lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- A proactive attitude towards maintaining cleanliness standards.
