Position Overview:
Support the bidding and management of construction projects, including new construction of living quarters, temporary workforce housing, modular accommodations, and other portable buildings. This role focuses on coordinating client bid submissions and assisting Project Managers in efficiently managing various projects by organizing resources, including personnel and equipment.
Education and Experience Requirements:
A bachelor’s degree in construction management preferred but not required, with at least three (3) years of relevant experience. The role involves frequent interaction with colleagues at all levels, as well as ongoing communication with clients, subcontractors, and vendors.
General Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
The Project Coordinator/Estimator should have working knowledge of:
· Commercial and/or residential construction processes.
· Microsoft Project scheduling software, Excel, and Word.
· Document control practices and preparing of client data books.
· Understanding engineering requirements for construction projects, including reading construction drawings and specifications.
· Managing subcontractors, including coordination, scheduling, and cost tracking.
· Company policies, procedures, and operational guidelines.
· Client and subcontractor relations.
Key Results:
· Ensures compliance to the client requirements and alignment with drawings, specifications, quality, safety standards, and building codes for all bids and projects.
· Assist Project Managers in preparing detailed project execution plans and schedules to organize, execute, and control construction activities.
· Coordinate with subcontractors as required.
· Provide support to onsite supervisors across all aspects of the project.
· Assist with the preparation of change orders.
· Uphold a positive company image.
· Performs additional duties as required.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
