Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our members and guests, providing exceptional service and support. Your primary responsibilities will include handling inbound inquiries and tee time reservations, pro shop sales and customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
- Analyze customer issues and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our office system.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with guests and members, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Collaborate with team members to improve member and guest services and enhance overall customer experience.
- Assist in resolving complaints or concerns while maintaining a positive attitude.
Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle high call volumes along with in-person guests and members while maintaining professionalism.
- Familiarity with office procedures is beneficial.
