Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Marine Sales Consultant to join our sales team. You'll play a key role in showcasing and selling our diverse marine product lines. The ideal candidate is experienced in sales, passionate about customer satisfaction, and possesses excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Master our product lines, including options and electronics packages.
- Showcase boats on-site, in the water, or at events such as boat shows.
- Secure purchase commitments from customers.
- Sell new and used marine and powersports products.
- Coordinate delivery and ensure customer follow-up after the sale.
- Handle leads and sales calls promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with finance and service teams to ensure accuracy and readiness for delivery.
Qualifications:
- Proven sales experience, preferably in marine or recreational fields.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Clean driving record and ability to pass a background check.
- Goal-oriented with a drive to exceed expectations.
