Experienced Servers

Job Summary:
We are seeking skilled Servers and/or Bartenders to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for mixing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to patrons of our establishment and providing outstanding service to those who choose to dine with us.

Duties:
- Prepare and serve beverages, including cocktails, beer, and wine, to customers following standard recipes
- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations for drinks
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Check customers' identification to ensure they meet the legal drinking age
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
- Provide impeccable service to our dining customer, based on knowledge of our menu and the use of the Aloha POS system.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations

Skills:
- Proficient in sales techniques to upsell beverages

- Proficient in the use of the Aloha POS system to place orders, split checks, and accept payments.
- Knowledge of retail math for handling payments and giving change accurately
- Experience in a restaurant environment with a focus on customer service
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple drink orders efficiently
- Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and calculating bills accurately
- Familiarity with brewing methods and cocktail recipes
- Ability to operate a cash register for processing payments
- Experience in fine dining establishments is a plus

Pay: $6.15 - $8.50 per hour
